At Vital Smiles, we firmly believe that every child deserves access to high-quality dental care. That's why, from the beginning, unlike many other dental practices, we have been committed to accepting Medicaid and ALL Kids patients, and we continue to do so.

We accept patients 19 years or younger in the Alabama Medicaid program in the following cities and surrounding areas:

• Birmingham/Center Point

• Huntsville

• Midfield

• Mobile

We accept most forms of dental insurance, including PPO plans from:

• Aetna

• Blue Cross

• Delta Dental

• Guardian

• MetLife

• Southland

• United Concordia

• and more

Vital Smiles is now accepting Harbor Dental at our Pleasant Valley and Huntsville locations.

We accept both credit cards and cash.

For procedures requiring several visits, we also have convenient pay-as-you-go plans.

And finally, we also accept Care Credit (details available at your local office), and we are happy to help patients through the application process.
